Foo Fighters have announced a batch of North America tour dates.

The US rockers will hit the region from July to October in support of new album 'Sonic Highways'.

The run will kick off at the RFK Stadium in Washington DC on July 4 before hitting the likes of Boston, Detroit and Portland.

The tour will conclude at the FedExForum in Memphis on October 7.

Tickets for the dates will go on sale from December 4 and 5. The full schedule is as follows:
