Andrea Faustini has revealed that he is still a virgin.

The 20-year-old X Factor contestant told Italian Vanity Fair that he is like the "male Bridget Jones".

The singer added that his sister is the most important female in his life.

Faustini said: "Love is something that I have never looked for and has never come my way. I haven't yet found the special person who is right for me.

"I am the male Bridget Jones - awkward. I always mess up."

When asked if he is still a virgin, he added: "Well, if in 20 years I have never been in love..."

The X Factor hopeful is currently the favourite to win the series when it finishes in December.
