X Factor winner Ben Haenow is enjoying a huge impact on the UK iTunes chart.

The singer won the show this weekend and he instantly released the track 'Something I Need' as his winner's single.

At the time of writing, it is No.2 on the UK iTunes list behind Mark Ronson's 'Uptown Funk'.

Haenow beat off competition from favourite Fleur East and Andrea Faustini to win the competition with over 57% of the votes.

Simon Cowell said after the singer's win: "This what you've waited for for 12 years. This is what turning into a star feels like.

"You deserved it, you're a great guy. This is your moment."
