Arctic Monkeys' 'AM' named NME's best album of the 2010s

Arctic Monkeys' latest effort 'AM' has been crowned the best album of the decade so far by NME.

The music magazine have picked their top fifty records of the 2010s and Monkeys' 2013 album came out top.

At No.2 on their list is Kanye West's 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy', whilst PJ Harvey's 'Let England Shake' follows at No.3.

Tame Impala's 2012 effort 'Lonerism' is No.4 and Grimes' 'Visions' rounds off the top five.

Jay Z and Kanye West's 'N*ggas In Paris' has been named NME's top single of the 2010s so far, with Daft Punk's 'Get Lucky' at No.2.

MIA's 'Bad Girls' meanwhile was picked as the decade's best music video so far.
