5SOS make Forbes' '30 Under 30 in Music: Class of 2015' list

Forbes magazine has unveiled its '30 Under 30 in Music: Class of 2015' list and it sees the likes of 5 Seconds Of Summer, Meghan Trainor, and Iggy Azalea tipped for continued success

The list was compiled by Taylor Hanson, of the band Hanson; Jody Gerson, chief of Universal Music Publishing; and Troy Carter, founder of Atom Factory and manager of acts including John Legend and John Mayer. Forbes explained that the new rule for the list was that there could be no repeated names from previous years.

Also included were British singer-songwriters Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith, FKA Twigs, '212' hitmaker Azealia Banks, 'Take Me To Church' rising star Hozier, Haim, A$AP Rocky, Mike Will Made It, rapper Big Sean, and 'Boom Clap' sensation Charli XCX.

Taylor Hanson praised Sam Smith, telling the magazine: "He has made a bold entrance with a commercially and critically loved album. He is a writer and performer."
