Solange becomes the face of Eleven Paris

Songstress Solange Knowles has been snapped up as the face of French fashion brand, Eleven Paris.

The 'Losing You' beauty will follow in the footsteps of Daisy Lowe, Lenny Kravitz, and Kate Moss by becoming the face of the well-respected and incredibly stylish company.

The brand's co-founder Dan Cohen explained Solange's allure in an official statement and said: "After shooting with supermodel and fashion icon Kate Moss last season we wanted to represent muses from the other side of Elevenparis... The duo Solange and Christopher (Owens) is a perfect illustration."

Last year, Knowles praised her superstar sister Beyoncé for managing a successful music career with a happy relationship and also being a full-time mother: "I have never seen anything like it in my life, from anyone. It's absolutely insane."

She added: "Now that she's become a mother, and the way that she's able to balance that is so inspiring, If I am ever feeling like I want to open up my mouth and complain about how hard I am working, I think, 'Uhhh! Sit down!'."
