Sam Smith is among the new additions to the Grammy Awards bill.

The 2015 awards ceremony is being held in Los Angeles on February 8 and AC/DC, Madonna, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran and Eric Church have already been confirmed to perform.

Today (January 21) Smith was added to the line-up alongside Pharrell Williams and John Legend, who will duet with Common.

Usher and Miranda Lambert will also take to the stage on the night.

This year's Grammy Awards - the 57th so far - will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Smith meanwhile leads the nominations with a total of eight nods.
