Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz: 'Hanging out with Beyoncé made me nervous'

Rockers Fall Out Boy have enjoyed a hugely successful career and member Pete Wentz has confessed that one of his favourite memories is when Beyoncé and her husband Jay Z would come and watch their shows.

Speaking to Britain's Now magazine, the 'Alone Together' hitmaker explained that hanging out with Beyoncé always made him anxious, but it was a lot of fun every time it happened:

"They've been so many [highlights], but Jay Z and Beyoncé used to come to our shows in the US. I'd get a little nervous but it was cool. We hung out with Jay afterwards and he gave us all Roc-A-Fella chains."

Last week, Fall Out Boy revealed that they had attended some writing sessions with One Direction, but were unsure of the lads' reaction to the songs:

"Last time we were in London we wrote with the guys in One Direction. It was a great session but I don't know if Fall Out Boy writes what One Direction wants to sing. There's a certain area of odd that we can stake a place in, but it's like we have the language of twins. Maybe it's too odd for One Direction because they didn't end up using the songs this time."
