Pharrell Williams wins Best International Male Solo Artist at the 2015 BRITs

Tonight's BRIT Awards has seen the likes of Sam Smith, Taylor Swift, Royal Blood and Ed Sheeran win prizes and the award for Best International Male Solo Artist has now been announced. 

Supermodel Cara Delevingne presented the award for Best International Male Solo Artist and the title went to 'Happy' sensation Pharrell Williams. Other nominees for the prize included Hozier, Jack White, recent GRAMMY winner Beck, John Legend, and Pharrell Williams. 

The star wasn't at the awards to accept the trophy, which was designed by artist Tracey Emin, but he recorded a video message to show his gratitude for the honour: "Man, thank you guys so much. Best International Male Solo Artist... I appreciate you guys. You're a great nation for turning the song ('Happy') into what it has become."
