James Bay hits No.1 on UK iTunes chart

James Bay has reached No.1 on the UK iTunes chart.

The singer-songwriter released his debut record 'Chaos and the Calm' today (March 23).

At the time of writing, the studio effort is the top selling album on iTunes in the UK.

At No.2 on the list is Krept and Konan's 'The Long Way Home', whilst Kendrick Lamar's 'To Pimp A Butterfly' is at No.3.

On the iTunes singles chart meanwhile, Jess Glynne's new effort 'Hold My Hand' is top of the list.

Sam Smith's Red Nose Day version of 'Lay Me Down' is No.2 and Years & Years' 'King' is third.
