One Direction's stylist: 'I've watched them transform into men'

The One Direction superstars have enjoyed incredible success since their formation on 'The X Factor' back in 2010 and one of the boyband's stylists, Julie Feingold, has opened up about their growth not only as young men but as fashion-savvy stars and confessed that they have really found their style now.

Speaking to E! News, she explained that they have all changed so much over the years and she's proud of where they're at now as young men:

"I think watching them transform into men, you can see how much their style has matured along with them. They can pull off so many different looks on any given day but to sum up their style I'd say: Tailored and modern. A bit rock 'n' roll, a bit retro. Effortlessly cool with a bit of edge, and as the brits would say, 'smart.'"

Referring to heartthrob Zayn Malik's new edgier look, she added: "Zayn is fearless when it comes to his style. He can pull off several different looks - whether its urban, street, high fashion or rock and roll. I think you can get a sense of that by how much he experiments with different hair styles. I think he's grown into his masculinity and really has fun with fashion."

Last week, Feingold shared a picture of herself with member Harry Styles on Instagram and accompanied the cute shot (shown below) with the following caption: "#me trying to #style, Mr. Styles. @harry_styles #tbt #nothavingit #silly #boy #harrystyles…"
