Nick Jonas reveals dance music passion: 'I want more of that in my songs'

'Jealous' heartthrob Nick Jonas has revealed that he loves dance music and has been working on redefining his sound to incorporate his personal tastes.

During a new interview with Rolling Stone magazine, the star explained that he's attracted to the energy of dance and EDM: "I am a big fan. I had a chance to go do guest DJ'ing out in Vegas last year. From Calvin Harris to Avicii to David Guetta, Diplo, I really love the atmosphere and how the music plays a part in the overall feeling of the night."

Jonas went onto add that hearing his music in nightclubs gives him an amazing feeling so he will be working to create more dance-infused cuts in the future: "I love that moment when you walk into the club and you hear your song playing, so if I could continue to work with some great DJs and make some more dance music with my songs, that would make me really happy."

It was recently confirmed that Jonas will perform at the 2015 Radio Disney Music Awards on April 25 in Los Angeles at the Nokia Theatre. The ceremony itself will air a day later on the Disney Channel.
