One Direction, Zayn Malik and Adele top Sunday Times 'Under 30' rich list

British newspaper The Sunday Times has just published its Rich List and the Under 30 rundown sees 'Someone Like You' Adele sitting pretty at No.1 with an estimated fortune of £50 million. 

In joint second place are all the remaining members of One Direction, namely Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Harry Styles, with £25 million apiece and former 1D heartthrob Zayn Malik is also alongside them at No.2 despite having officially left the boyband

'Stay With Me' superstar Sam Smith is the only new entry on the Under 30 list, landing at 14 with an enviable fortune of £12m.

Sir Paul McCartney has been named the most wealthy musician in Britain and Ireland at No.1 on the full list with a staggering £730m alongside his wife, Nancy Shevell. Surprisingly, there are only 2 female musicians on the list and Kylie Minogue is at No.37 with an estimated worth of £55m while Enya is at No.25 with £90m.
