Earlier this month, One Direction's Liam Payne teamed up with Trekstock, which is a charity that aims to help young adults diagnosed with cancer, to create a special campaign that will see one person win an amazing prize.

The prize at stake is the chance to attend One Direction's concert at the O2 Arena in London later this summer and to meet the four heartthrobs backstage, and all you have to do in order to be in with a chance of scoring this money-can't-buy prize is donate to the cause.

Amazingly, the $100,000 target was reached earlier this week and there are still 6 days to go with a total of $134,254 having been raised so far. Trekstock posted about the campaign this afternoon and shared a photo of Payne (shown above left) from the fundraiser: "#FBF to the #GreatGatsbyBall & @Real_Liam_Payne. Still 6 days to go #Trekstock1DPrize."

Niall Horan also tweeted about the incredible prize and encourage fans to donate if they aren't already involved: "If you want to meet us lads at the O2 in London this autumn have a look at this @Real_Liam_Payne." Horan, meanwhile, posted a picture of himself in the studio with Payne tonight and told followers they're working on new material writing: "Tunesssssss! Tunnneessss! Tunnnnessss!"
