Songstress Róisín Murphy has announced details of a new short headlining UK that will take place later this autumn. 

The small jaunt, which is due to begin on November 24 with a concert in Glasgow, is in support of her highly anticipated new studio album 'Hairless Toys', which is due to be released next month on May 11. Tickets go on sale from 9am on May 1st from www.livenation.co.uk. 

A press release for 'Hairless Toys' explains that this record will be a monumental offering:

"Hairless Toys, Roisin’s first album in eight years, is picking up early critical acclaim – “outstanding…a career high….how we've managed without Ms Murphy for so long, is frankly, a mystery” Mix Mag – with lead single Exploitation playlisted at 6music and supported at Radio 2."

Murphy's forthcoming tour dates are as follows:

November 24 – O2 ABC, GLASGOW
November 25 - Albert Hall, MANCHESTER
November 27 - Eventim Apollo, Hammersmith, LONDON
