Ed Sheeran confirms '5' releaseBritish singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has shared more details of his upcoming digital release of '5', which will take place on May 12. The superstar posted a message to his official website this afternoon (May 5) about the project and explained that '5' is a "digital bundle of five EPs I released myself before '+'": "The EPs (which will also be available individually) will come out next week on 5/12. Check out the track listings below." Back in April, meanwhile, it was revealed that Sheeran had passed the impressive two-billion streams mark on Spotify. The only other artist in the world to have achieved the same feat is U.S. rapper, Eminem. The 'Lego House' sensation told his fans that he's amazed to have reached the milestone: "2 billion streams on Spotify is nuts too. Well chuffed with that."
