Tove Lo opens up about Adam Lambert collaboration

Swedish singer-songwriter Tove Lo has opened up about collaborating with vocal powerhouse Adam Lambert on a track called 'Rumors' and admitted that it was a 'successful' creative partnership.

She explained to Capital FM that because she has mostly written for female artists in the past it was an exciting challenge to switch it up, but she ended up loving working with Lambert:

"It's a relationship song, for sure. [It's about] the struggle of being with someone who doesn't really trust you. [He's] probably the first guy that I've successfully written something for."

'Rumours' will feature on Lambert's forthcoming new album, 'The Original High', and he told Ryan Seacrest that Tove Lo was a 'blast' to create music with: “I love this girl. We just had such a blast writing together. She’s funny, she’s normal, she’s like a normal down-to-earth girl and we went and we got dinner [one] night. We sat and had a couple glasses of wine and talked about dating and life and music. This is a really cool girl. I’m really excited for her.”
