Actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld, who stars in 'Pitch Perfect 2', has revealed that being asked to play a character in Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood' music video was a dream come true. 

Speaking to USA Today, the starlet explained that she was asked to play The Trinity in the video and agreed before she even knew anything about the project:

"Taylor called me... about the video, and she was like, 'I'll send you the treatment and it'll explain it a lot better, [but] there's going to be three of you!' And I was like, 'That's going to be awesome. I have no idea what this is, but I obviously trust her and this is going to be amazing.'"

Steinfeld went onto add that her friendship with Swift is one that she really values: "I'm able to look up to her for just about everything. She's definitely given me advice, and for the most part, it's almost as if she doesn't have to. She sets such an incredible example for everyone - let alone just me - that she's such an inspiration. I really do look up to her as an artist and as a person."
