'Dirty Dancer' hitmakers Kingsland Road have confirmed to their followers that they aren't going to be a band any longer. 

The heartthrobs took over their collective Twitter page this evening (June 1) and announced the sad news in a series of long posts. They wrote:

"We've now been put in a position in which we have to let you know that after 3 years of hard work from us (and also you guys!), after so many amazing memories and experiences, we are all going our separate ways and pursuing personal ventures."

"The reason we couldn't say earlier is due to legal reasons. Quite frankly, we are really sorry the way this has been disclosed to you. It's disgraceful and unprofessional by those who did. As you've seen, we no longer belong to our former management company, so it's completely underhanded on their part and we extend our apologies."
