Jake Roche has admitted that he doesn't last long in bed.

The singer is currently in a relationship with Little Mix star Jesy Nelson.

However, he told Gay Times that he doesn't much have stamina when it comes to getting intimate.

Roche said: "I heard sex was really good for keeping fit but it doesn't kick in till after 15 minutes, so I'm f***ed!

"Five minutes and I'm done. No cardio for me, boys. I get exhausted just taking my trousers off."

Roche meanwhile recently said that he thinks Zayn Malik will enjoy a profitable career post-One Direction.

The singer stated: "We are not going to lose sleep over him leaving. But I think they will go on to keep smashing it and so will he. So we wish them all the best."
