Jess Glynne has announced the identity of her next single.

The rising Brit will release 'Don’t Be So Hard on Yourself' in the UK on August 14.

The singer and songwriter has already released 'Right Here' and 'Hold My Hand' in the country.

All tracks will feature on Glynne's upcoming debut solo album 'I Cry When I Laugh'.

The record is due to land in the UK on August 21.

Glynne meanwhile was recently forced into cancelling a number of shows in order to undergo vocal surgery.

She said on June 15: "I am so so sad to tell you that I'm having to have vocal surgery next week.

"I'm so sorry and it kills me but I have to cancel some forthcoming shows and festivals."

"I'm a little scared but I will be back singing better than ever very soon! Love hugs and kisses Jess xxx."
