Foo Fighters bookies' favourite to close next year's Glastonbury

Foo Fighters are the bookmakers' favourite to headline the Sunday night of next year's Glastonbury Festival.

The rock group were forced to cancel their Friday headline slot this year as a result of injury after Dave Grohl broke his leg at a gig in Sweden.

However, William Hill believe that they will be promoted to Sunday night status in 2016.

They have placed odds of 3/1 on Foo Fighters closing next year's Glastonbury.

Muse are second favourites at 10/1, whilst Fleetwood Mac are 12/1 - the same as Oasis.

AC/DC are 16/1, whilst Blur are an outside bet at 20/1.

One Direction have odds of 100/1 of headlining Glastonbury's Sunday night.
