'Story Of My Life' heartthrobs One Direction have launched a new campaign called Action 1D that aims to get as many fans coming together as possible to talk about the changes they would love to see in the world ahead of two big political summits that will take place later this year. 

Harry Styles explained in a special video message: "Over the years, you've shown us what you can achieve when you rally together. At two historic summits in September and December, world leaders will make decisions that affect important human issues such as extreme poverty, inequality and climate change."

Louis Tomlinson added: "Now is the time for us all to have our say - to take action and to raise our voices to show that we care. We can be part of something that actually makes a difference to our future, and helps people who need the support."

Liam Payne also chipped in and talked about how to get involved: "All you need to do is tell us what you want your world to look like in the future. You can make videos or send us pictures, it's easy. Just complete one of the actions listed on our site."

You can click here to voice your opinion and some of the fan submissions will be used in One Direction's final film for the project.
