'Style' sensation Taylor Swift has set an incredible record in her native America as she has become the first artist in over a decade to sell five million albums in just 36 weeks. 

Her latest album, '1989', has enjoyed the fastest climb to five million sales since Usher's 'Confessions' managed the same amazing feat in just 19 weeks back in 2004. Last week, Swift's music video for her single 'Blank Space' passed the 1 billion views mark on VEVO so she really is making a significant impact on the entertainment industry at the moment. 

The beauty is currently on her world tour in support of '1989' and she recently opened up about her classy fashion sense, telling People magazine that she likes to find a look that suits her and then work with that for around two years at a time:

"It's hard to say when I decided they're what I want to wear all the time, but I'll make up my mind, and that's all you'll see me wear for two years. You might recall from 2012 to 2014, you didn't see me in any outfit that didn't look like I was straight out of the '50s. Who knows what it'll be next."
