Oritsé Williams: 'JLS members need time to develop as individuals'Oritsé Williams thinks the four members of JLS are exploring their individuality after the band's split. The group called it day at the end of 2013 after finding fame on the X Factor in 2009. Speaking to BBC Newsbeat, Williams - who has now launched solo project OWS - believes the time is nigh for the singers to bring out their own creativity. He said: "It's been two years since the split but people need to let us have time to develop as individuals. As far as we're concerned that's it.
