Pollstar, which is the "only trade publication covering the worldwide concert industry", has released its mid-year touring report and the artists in the Top 10 are from a variety of generations. 

Leading the pack at No.1 are the Rolling Stones, who are celebrating total grosses of $80.7 million, and country superstar Garth Brooks is at No.2 with earnings of $79.9 million. Pollstar also reports that, impressively, fifty of the Top 100 are veteran artists who have been touring for 20 years or more.

'Style' sensation Taylor Swift is at No.8 and she is currently touring north America in support of her latest smash hit album, '1989. Her next date will take place later this week on August 1 in Vancouver, Canada. Maroon 5 are at No.6 and Sir Elton John is at 9. Check out the Top 10 here:
