Radio personality and presenter Nick Grimshaw has revealed that he would definitely think about getting Harry Styles to help him out with his role as a judge on 'The X Factor' when guest mentors are needed. 

When asked by press at the 'X Factor' launch if he would consider asking Styles to join him for the judges' houses portion of the competition, Grimshaw admitted that would be great although he actually would love Miley Cyrus to be part of the process:

"Yeah, I think so. I kinda want Miley Cyrus, no offence; but I would ask him yeah. I think he'd be a good judge because he's been through it all, hasn't he? He knows what's going on and they've done alright, they've done okay. So yeah maybe he's a good shout, actually."

Grimshaw, meanwhile, recently told Digital Spy he thinks he might be an emotional judge because he really connects with people on a personal level: "It's a funny one because I really connect with people and I get really emotional, so I don't know how I'm going to be able to say, 'You're a really nice person, but you're terrible at singing'. But I guess that's the job. I cry at things a lot, so I will definitely be crying."
