Shane Filan and Nadine Coyle have recorded a duet together

Singer Shane Filan, formerly of Westlife fame, teamed up with Girls Aloud beauty Nadine Coyle to record a duet that features on his upcoming solo album, 'Right Here'.

The pair worked on a collaboration called 'I Could Be' and the heartthrob took to his official Twitter page this morning to reveal how excited he was to pair up with Coyle: "So pleased @NadineCoyleNow joined me in the studio to record #ICouldBe for my new album!"

The Mirror quotes Coyle as admitting she is a 'huge fan' of Filan and was honoured to create this song with him:

“I’m a huge fan of Shane and used to love listening to his songs growing up. I love the track we’ve done and can’t wait for us to perform it live.”

'Right Here' is due to be officially released on September 25 and the 10-track offering is currently available to pre-order on iTunes for £8.99.
