Singer and actress Hailee Steinfeld has revealed that working on her debut studio album has been nothing short of a dream come true. 

Speaking to MTV News this week, the starlet admitted that she's been having a fantastic time working on new music in the studio:

"I've been in the studio the last six months or so, and it's all still a work in progress, but I've been having the time of my life. Each song is very unique and different and has a sort of different sound, but obviously all fits under the same world."

Steinfeld also opened up about her empowering single 'Love Myself', admitting that she's proud to have such a strong anthem to release into the world:

"The song is about taking care of and indulging yourself, whether that being physically or emotionally or with material things, though it's nice to have someone provide for you. It's nice to know that you can do it on your own. And that song represents how much power there is in being able to provide for yourself."
