KDA and Tinie Tempah battling 1D in midweek UK singles chart

KDA is currently beating One Direction in the race for this week's No.1 single in the UK.

The producer has teamed up with Tinie Tempah and Katy B for the track 'Turn The Music Louder (Rumble)'.

The Official Charts Company have confirmed today (October 19) that the tune is No.1 on their midweek update.

It is beating fellow new entry 'Perfect' by One Direction, which rests at No.2.

If 'Turn The Music Louder (Rumble)' reaches No.1, both KDA and Katy B will achieve their first chart-topping singles in the UK.

At No.3 meanwhile is Sleepy Tom and Diplo's 'Be Right There', while 'The Hills' by The Weeknd follows at No.4.

Rounding off the top five is Jamie Lawson's 'Wasn't Expecting You'.

Ben Haenow's second single 'Second Hand Heart', which features Kelly Clarkson, is a new entry at No.7.

Take That's newbie 'Hey Boy' is No.20 while Little Mix are in at No.36 with 'Weird People'.
