Taylor Swift has achieved a new record by becoming the artist with the most viewed video in Vevo history.

The video hosting service announced that Swift’s ‘Blank Space’ has racked up more views than any other music video in the company’s catalogue.

‘Blank Space’ has now been viewed over a billion times, with the precise number being 1,234,196,814 at the time of reporting.

Close behind Taylor Swift in the Vevo ranking is Justin Bieber’s 2010 hit ‘Baby’ with 1,232,955,352 views, Katy Perry’s ‘Dark Horse’ with 1,154,913,081, Perry’s ‘Roar’ has 1,122,491,036 views, and Swift’s ‘Shake It Off’ is the fifth most-watched video having received 1,119,972,824 plays.
