Counterfeit unveil music video for 'Come Get Some' and debut their EP

Punk rock trio Counterfeit have announced the release of their debut EP 'Come Get Some', which is out now.

Fronted by Jamie Campbell Bower, who alongside his music career has achieved much success as an actor, Counterfeit release their 3 track EP through Check On Records. They have now premiered their debut video for the title track, with Hunger Magazine today.

The video was shot by British portrait & fashion photographer Rankin and features the whole band in black and white, performing in extreme conditions.

Of the EP 'Come Get Some', frontman Jamie Campbell Bower says: "It is with pride, fear and trepidation that we can finally say our first EP, 'Come Get Some' is out. It has been a process of discovery for me as a writer and for all of us as a band. 6 months ago we were nothing, and it is only due to the support of our management, friends and family that we are able to share this with you all. These past years have been difficult for all of us. We thank you. We hope you like it. If you don't, that’s okay. We Are Counterfeit. Together we are stronger."

December 18 will see Counterfeit play their debut live show at O2 Academy Islington. They will be joined by Straight Lines and Dead! as support.

2016 sees big things for the band as they will head out on their European tour in January, kicking things off in Copenhagen and finishing up in Paris. Off the back of only premiering one song, Counterfeit sold out their Milan dates in a matter of minutes, and the rest of the shows are set to be a sell out too!
