Adele's '25' has returned to the top of the UK albums chart

Adele's latest record has returned to No.1 in the UK.

The singer's 2015 effort '25' is currently top of the midweek albums chart.

It has been five weeks since the record, which was the best selling of 2015, last topped the list.

Ronan Keating is a new entry at No.2 with 'Time of My Life', which is 4,000 copies behind Adele.

At No.3 is David Bowie's retrospective 'Best of Bowie', with Justin Bieber's 'Purpose' at No.4.

Rounding of the midweek top five is Bowie again with his final album 'Blackstar', which was released just days before his death in January.

Little Mix are back in the top ten with 'Get Weird', which rises seven places to No.8, while Lissie's 'My Wild West' debuts at No.12.

Kula Shaker’s first album in six years, 'K 2.0', enters at No.26.
