Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar win big at Grammy Awards

Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar were two of the big winners at this year's Grammy Awards.

The star-studded ceremony took place at Los Angeles' Staples Center on Monday (February 15), with a host of big names honoured.

Swift went away with the showpiece Album of the Year prize for her record '1989'.

She also won Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Music Video, for 'Bad Blood'.

Kendrick Lamar meanwhile won five of the eleven awards he was nominated for.

The US star went away with Best Rap Album, Best Music Video, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration and Best Rap Song.

Other winners included Ed Sheeran, who won his first Grammys in the Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance sections.

Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars won Record of the Year for 'Uptown Funk', while Meghan Trainor got Best New Artist.
