An exclusive interview with US heavyweight Jay-Z has revealed the rapper is a fan of homegrown talent Tinie Tempah.

Speaking to Radio 1’s Newsbeat about his career and the success of his label, Roc Nation, he took time out to praise London's young music star who coincidentally has just finished his first UK headlining tour.

“If he wants to be really really super, really successful, he should come see us.”

Jay-Z, who is currently in the city of Bath working on a recording with Kanye West, has an incredible roster under his label including emerging artist Willow Smith, international superstar Rihanna and Mark Ronson.
