Music legend Bette Midler slammed Kim Kardashian last night on Twitter (March 7) after the reality television personality shared a naked photograph with her 41.4 million followers. 

Kardashian shared the raunchy full-frontal image (pictured left) to her social media page and accompanied it with the following playful caption: "When you're like, I have nothing to wear. LOL."

Upon seeing the post, Midler tweeted: "Kim Kardashian tweeted a nude selfie today. If Kim wants us to see a part of her we've never seen, she's gonna have to swallow the camera."

Kardashian then hit back publicly and sent out a message, which read: "Hey, @BetteMidler, I know it's past your bedtime but if you're still up and reading this send nudes. I really didn't want to bring up how you sent me a gift awhile back trying to be a fake friend then come at me #dejavu."

Midler wasn't the only celebrity to respond to the nude photo as actress Chloe Grace Moretz tweeted: "@KimKardashian I truly hope you realize how important setting goals are for young women, teaching them we have so much more to offer than just our bodies."

Kim also decided to reply to Moretz, writing: "Let's all welcome @ChloeGMoretz to twitter, since no one knows who she is. your nylon cover is cute boo."
