Rihanna scores eighth number 1 single

Rihanna has shot straight to the top of the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 charts with her Drake collaboration ‘What’s My Name’, earning herself an 8th number 1 single in America.

Her other chart-topping tracks have been ‘S.O.S’, ‘Umbrella’, ‘Take A Bow’, ‘Disturbia’, ‘Rude Boy’, ‘Live Your Life’ and ‘Love The Way You Lie’, which she worked on with Eminem.

The Barbados-born singer also scored another number 1 in the U.K charts on Sunday (November 7) with new single ‘Only Girl In The World’ and this morning (November 11) she tweeted:

“Hello London!! Where my UK massive at???”

Her fifth studio album, ‘Loud’, is due for release on November 15 in the UK and ‘What’s My Name’ is set to be the record’s second single.
