Steve Aoki on Adam Lambert collaboration: 'He's a true professional'

'Ghost Town' sensation Adam Lambert has unveiled his collaboration with DJ and producer Steve Aoki.

The track, which is called 'Can't Go Home', features Lambert's vocals and the musical stylings of Steve Aoki and Felix Jaehn, and is available to purchase on iTunes now.

The song is a mid-tempo offering and Lambert's stunning voice soars effortlessly through the driving melody.

Aoki, meanwhile, took to his Twitter page this week and urged fans of the track to demand radio airplay. He wrote: "All the early supporters that got behind and are getting behind #cantgohome and spreading the love to your friends and everyone. Thank u!!! We need all our fans and supporters of #cantgohome to demand radio play and let the djs know whassup!"

Speaking to GRAMMY Pro recently, Aoki opened up about working with Lambert on the track and said that it was a fantastic experience:

"It was a really interesting collaboration because I started working on this record when I needed to get someone to really make it different - make it unique. Felix Jaehn was absolitely... the sound I'd love to get on this record [...] We shipped it off to Adam Lambert, he heard it, he loved it, he jumped in my studio. We did a million and one takes with Adam, he is a true professional. The best singer I've ever worked with is Adam... I mean, obviously. He's just incredible. We have a home run of a song."
