Leona Lewis asks Hurts to pen tracks

UK synthpop duo Hurts have revealed that they have been asked by Leona Lewis to pen songs for her latest record.

Lewis previously had Justin Timberlake write for her last album ‘Echo’ and has also lined up singer-songwriter Jessie J, who wrote Miley Cyrus’ ‘Party in the USA’.

Hurts singer Theo Hutchcraft revealed to The Sun: "Leona wants us to write for her. She has an incredible voice and is not bad looking either - so I'd definitely be up for it."

Hutchcraft, along with partner Adam Anderson, sold out their UK tour this year and have been supporting the likes of Scissor Sisters.
