Meghan Trainor has overhauled unhealthy habits

'All About That Bass' sensation Meghan Trainor has revealed that she has ditched her unhealthy nights.

During an interview with Us Weekly, the star admitted that she has finally learned that getting a good night's sleep has such a positive impact on her health and she now values getting decent rest:

"Now I've definitely got a better hang of things. I'm not getting sick every week."

"I was stupid and I would stay up all night. I would not take sleep seriously. I would eat bad. I wouldn't work out. Now I'm working out all the time and trying to eat cleaner. I'm not trying to lose weight - because it's not really happening - but just trying to be healthy."

Trainor will release her highly anticipated new studio album 'Thank You' on May 13 and she shared details of its tracklisting, which can be seen below:
