Selena Gomez won't perform emotional ballad on tour

Hitmaker Selena Gomez won't be performing 'The Heart Wants What It Wants' on her Revival tour, which she struggled to get through at the 2014 American Music Awards, because of what it means to her.

During a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, the beauty confessed that she won't be performing that particular song on her tour because it's still too painful and raw, and she doesn't want to put her head back into that place every night in front of thousands of people:

"There are things that I can't do... I won't be performing this on this tour because I don't want to. It's like when you smell a scent and it takes you back to a place that maybe wasn't the best place. That stuff is a little bit more difficult."

Gomez added that she's bringing a full band on the road with her and her new live show is not to be missed: "For all of my songs, I've got my full band, and everybody is just bringing a different flavour to everything that we've done. All the songs have their own charms to them. None of it really sounds like the record."
