Queen and Adam Lambert's summer EU tour to kick off soon

Adam Lambert and Queen will resume their live dates on May 20 with a concert at Rock in Rio Lisboa.

They have been touring the world together for a couple of years now and their upcoming European dates include stops in Germany, Spain, Austria, Finland, Sweden, England and Belgium, along with other locations.

The 'Ghost Town' hitmaker recently told Italy's TGCom24 that being accepted by Queen's fans has been a boost: "[It has given me] a great confidence. Public reaction to the group's concerts [have been] wonderful and the tour gave me the opportunity to make myself known to more people."

Iconic guitarist Brian May told UNews Romania that Lambert's role as Queen's frontman was predestined: "It would have happened anyway, it was written in the stars."

Lambert, meanwhile, has just been nominated in the Performance of the Year category at this year's CMT Music Awards. The nod is for his rendition of Little Big Town's 'Girl Crush', which he performed with Leona Lewis, at the CMT Artists of the Year event last year.
