Katie Waissel and Wagner booted off ‘X Factor’

In a special double elimination result on last night’s ‘X Factor’ (November 29), the two most controversial contestants, Katie Waissel and Wagner, were both taken out of the competition.

Waissel was eliminated immediately from the show after receiving the least amount of public votes, while Wagner was set against fellow over-28 Mary Byrne in the sing-off.

Despite performing his best this week with an actually tuneful version of ‘Creep’ on Saturday’s rock themed night, Wagner was voted out by all the judges, including mentor Louis Walsh.

However, the Brazilian wasn’t too upset over his eviction, saying: “I have achieved so much. I’m happy and I missed my cat so much.”

Last night’s result also featured performances from Nicole Scherzinger, Justin Bieber and The Wanted. Watch Wagner singing his best with ‘Creep’ from Saturday, below:
