Olly Murs and Craig David win Silver Clef awards

Olly Murs and Craig David are among the artists confirmed to win prizes at this year's Nordoff Robbins O2 Silver Clef Awards.

The event is taking place in London on July 1 and its latest batch of winners have been announced.

Murs will collect the AEG Live Best Male Artist Award, with David set to win the American Express Innovation Award.

Massive Attack will pick up the Best Group Award, while Hozier will bag the International Award.

Jeff Lynne will be honoured with the Icon Award and Patti Smith will be given the Google Outstanding Achievement Award.

Lionel Richie has been given the coveted O2 Silver Clef Award, Jess Glynne has won the Best Newcomer Award and Florence Welch has the Best Female Artist Award.

Finally, Andre Rieu will win the PPL Classical Award.

Hozier commented on his win: "I’m really proud to accept this award from Nordoff Robbins who provide a fantastic and much needed service to those in need. I am really looking forward to being at the awards on the big day!"
