Jared Leto made Viola Davis nervous: 'I almost had my pepper spray out'

30 Seconds To Mars rocker Jared Leto stars in the upcoming new movie 'Suicide Squad' and co-star Viola Davis has now revealed that she almost used her pepper spray on him when they first met.

Speaking to E! News about her introduction to Leto, Davis explained that she received a box of bullets from him as a gift when he was first getting into character and that worried her a little:

"It was a little worrisome. It made me a little bit nervous and I’m pretty tough. You know I got into a few fights when I was growing up... but it scared me a little. Before that I was only introduced to The Joker... and I almost had my pepper spray out. You know, ‘You remember that bullet you sent me?'"

Leto recently told Squawk Box that he tried out 'creepy laughs' on people he would walk past on the street:

"I worked on the laugh walking around the streets of New York and Toronto, and I kinda would walk around the streets and see what laughs would get under people's skin. You know when you hear someone laugh at a restaurant? It's a little jarring. I tried them out. And I kind of got to a place where I would laugh and people are always turning around like, 'Who is this creepy guy behind me?'"
