'She Looks So Perfect' hitmakers 5 Seconds Of Summer have revealed that achieving such tremendous success is nothing short of awe-inspiring.

The band's drummer, Ashton Irwin, took to his official Twitter page last night (June 22) and told his followers that performing to an arena full of people near to where the group formed years ago was a dream come true: 

"1 year ago we played an arena 25 minutes from where we started this band in Sydney, what a feeling it was."

As previously reported, 5SOS opened up about the importance they place on continuing to fine-tune their live show and told Perthnow.au.com that they're very proud of the production they've put together for their Sounds Live Feels Live jaunt:

“It has been a really interesting tour so far. What we are good at as a band is just playing live and that is what we enjoy and we try to be the best at it, we take pride in our live show.”
