JLS learning instruments

Boy band JLS have revealed that they are learning how to play instruments for the next time they go on tour.

The boys will be following in the footsteps of Take That and the Backstreet Boys who also incorporated instruments into their tour setlists. Each band member has their own instrument to learn.

JLS’ Jonathan 'JB' Gill told the Daily Star: "I used to play the piano and I'm going to take it up again. I feel like I've lost touch with it and I want to be able to play it on stage as well as on future albums."

Along with JB on piano, Marvin Humes will play drums and Ortise Williams will learn guitar.

Humes said: "We all want to play our own instruments. We want to take the band forward.

"Take That inspired us. We've already decided what we're playing - I'm playing drums and Oritse is on guitar."

However, for the remaining JLS member, Humes added: "Aston's instrument is his dance moves - his back-flips."
