Adele's '25' returns to No.1 again on the UK chart after Glastonbury boost

Adele has returned to the top of the UK albums chart after headlining the Glastonbury Festival.

The singer topped the bill on the event's Saturday night (June 25).

The Official Charts Company's midweek update issued today (June 27) reveals that Adele's '25' has risen 13 places to No.1.

The Brit's second album '21' has shot up 58 places to No.9.

At No.2 on the midweek update is Rick Astley's '50', which rises one place.

ELO - who also performed at Glastonbury - are up four places to No.3 with 'All Over The World'.

Christine & The Queens are No.4 with 'Chaleur Humaine' and the Red Hot Chili Peppers round off the top five with 'The Getaway'.

Neil Young & Promise Of The Real meanwhile are a new entry at No.10 with 'Earth'.

Jon Anderson & Roine Stolt debut at No.29 with their new effort 'Invention Of Knowledge'.
