Kelly Osbourne has revealed some advice given to her by the late Joan Rivers during a segment on U.S. chat show The View. 

She joked that the comedienne told her that she should never let her chest sag so low that it touches her stomach:

"Never, ever apologise for being you. Never, ever apologise for just being yourself, because everybody has a right to be unique and different. [And] Never introduce your nipples to your belly button."

She also gave a speech to honour rivers last week and admitted that it was incredibly difficult to get through it without having an emotional breakdown: "It was an honour to even honour her. It took me probably about five rehearsals to get through without crying because it was the first time I'd ever publicly spoken about Joan since her passing."
