The one and only Missy Elliott will be honoured at the VH1 Hip-Hop Honours ceremony later this month. 

The event is scheduled to take place on July 11 at New York's David Geffen Hall in the Lincoln Center and the likes of Timbaland, Pharrell Williams, Remy Ma, Nelly Furtado, Eve, Raven Symone, Keyshia Cole, Fat Joe and Trina will pay tribute to her.  

The Honors are set to air on VH1 at 9pm EST. 

At the end of June, Fall Out Boy's revamped version of the 'Ghostbusters' theme song was unveiled and it features Missy Elliott. The cut is included on the soundtrack to the upcoming new movie and you can check it out here.
